Introduction of Automatic Voice Response (IVR) for Late-Night Dispatch(From May 7, 2025)
In accordance with a review of our business structure, we have terminated accepting vehicle dispatches by operators in the late-night hours and replaced it with accepting orders through an automated voice response (IVR) system.Pre-registration is required to use the automated voice response system (IVR).

Fixed cab fare(Revised May 31, 2023)
Fixed rates per area for transportation
We provide transportation service from various areas in Sapporo City (with restrictions) to New Chitose Airport and from JR Sapporo Station to Jozankei area for a fixed fare. No need to worry about the extra distance or overtime when detouring to avoid traffic jams. We recommend you to use our flat fare service, which is affordable and reliable!

How to use
- This service is available by advance reservation only. Please specify the date and time you would like to use the service.
- Please make a reservation at least one day in advance for pick-up at New Chitose Airport and Jozankei.

Cancellation
New Chitose Airport, Jozankei ⇒ Sapporo
- No cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation is made at least 90 minutes prior to the reserved pick-up time.
- Cancellations made after 90 minutes of the appointment pick-up time will be charged a cancellation fee of 1001 TP3T.
Sapporo ⇒ New Chitose Airport, Jozankei
- No cancellation fee will be charged if cancellation is made at least 30 minutes prior to the reserved pick-up time.
- Cancellations made after 30 minutes of the reserved pick-up time will be charged a cancellation fee of 1001 TP3T.

*Expressway and toll road fees are not included in the above fares. Please pay it separately.
*Discounts for the physically and intellectually challenged are available.
Please present your physical disability certificate or rehabilitation certificate to the crew.

Hokuto Kotsu cabs accept a variety of payment methods including cash, cab tickets, credit cards, QR code payment, electronic money, and transportation system IC. In addition, the taxi dispatch application "GO" allows customers to complete payment within the application.

Sightseeing Taxi Information
If you want to go sightseeing by cab, you can take a cab from in front of the arrival hall of the airport or from your hotel.
No need to make connections or carry luggage.
