Early Bird Fare
For the early bird discount, reservations and payments must be made at least 30 days in advance for A and B fares and 21 days in advance for C fares from the scheduled boarding date.
*When making a reservation for the early bird discount, advance reservations cannot be made by phone, so please make your reservation online or visit the counter in person to make your reservation and payment on the day of your visit.
*If payment is not made by the payment deadline after the early bird seat reservation, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
*Please note that the early bird discount is limited to a certain number of seats, and sales may end even during the early bird discount period.
*For reservations made on or after October 1, 2023, a refund fee of 100 yen will be charged up to 12 days prior to the boarding date and 20% of the early-bird fare amount will be charged from 11 days prior to the departure time when the early-bird fare is cancelled.

[Regarding cancellation fees]
Fees will be incurred in stages depending on the cancellation date.
Example: If you board on July 30th (cancellation date below)
Reservation Date to July 22: 100 yen one-way, July 23 to July 28: 30% of fare, July 29: 40% of fare, July 30: 50% of fare
Regarding the payment deadline
Please complete payment within 3 days after the reservation date and by 4 days before the boarding date.
Also, for reservations made from three days before to the date of boarding, please make an immediate payment.
Example: For boarding on July 30th (hereafter "Reservation Date")
Reservations open–July 26: Payment must be made within 3 days from the day after your reservation date, and by 4 days before your boarding date.
July 27 - July 30: Instant payment

*1 Reservations not paid for by the purchase deadline will be automatically canceled.
*2 Changes to purchase (payment) cannot be made. You will need to cancel and get a refund, then make a new reservation/purchase.
In case of cancellation due to reasons attributable to the bus company, such as snow damage, you will need to complete the cancellation and refund procedures, and then make a new reservation and purchase.
Please note that in cases of ※2 and ※3, there may be a difference from the fare you purchased.
*5. Please note that immediate payment is required starting 3 days before boarding, so phone reservations are not possible.
*6. For purchases made at the counter, cancellations can only be processed at the counter. The cancellation fee will be based on the date of cancellation at the counter.
